Death is not the end. At least in Russia, where one can conceive a child and become parent even after death. On the 22nd of September 2010 a young citizen of Saint-Petersburg Artem Klimov became father. It would have been an ordinary story ifnot one fact: by the time of the child’s conception Artem had been in the other world for two months already.
On August 04th, 2010 Babushkinsky District Court decided that single man who applied for gestational surrogacy (donor eggs were used) can be registered as father of his new born “surrogate” child. Surrogate’s name won’t be listed on the birth certificate.

The Shevchenkovsky regional state administration in the city of Kiev has submitted the appeal for review to the Higher economic court of Ukraine. It intends to appeal against the decision of the Kiev appeal economic court from 31.07.2008 on a law case in connection with the claim of Municipal research establishment "Scientific research institute of social and economic developing of a city" about the debt collection from Shevchenkovsky regional administration in the city of Kiev under the contract from 14.05.2004 about creation of the scientific and technical information (project development "Reforming of management of housing and communal services of Shevchenkovsky area").
President Victor Yushchenko has disposed to organize the celebration in Ukraine of the 60th anniversary of the General Declaration of human rights and Day of human rights. Corresponding Decree N715/2008 is signed in August, 15th, 2008.
The first vice-president of the Kiev city state administration Anatoly Golubchenko has charged to central administrative board for the control over accomplishment of Kiev to the Kiev state administration to create the special time commission which will give out permissions for establishment of small architectural forms (SAF) till the moment of the affirmation of new requirements to SAF. Such decision is accepted in connection with the necessity to supervise the process of establishment of shops in a city, which got spontaneous character.
Deputies of the Alushtinsky City Council have made the decision on granting of the permission to preparation of the project of land management on allotment of the ground area to inhabitants of house N6 along the street Sergeeva-Tsenskogo near to their residence.
The Pechersky regional court of Kiev has obliged the mayor of capital Leonid Chernovetsky and its ex-assistant Irena Kilchitska to confute an unreliable information regularly extended by them during recent election campaign in Kiev, about participation of one of leaders of the Block Julia Timoshenko (BUT) Alexander Turchinova to building on Landscape avenue. It was declared by the People's Deputy from BUT Vladimir Pilipenko.
